Hurricane Sandy anniversary: One year later

One year later, people will pay their respects to those who were lost, and the places that were destroyed in New York and New Jersey by Hurricane Sandy.

Superstorm Sandy was the second most expensive storm in U.S. history, leaving more than $50 billion of damage.

In Seaside Heights, New Jersey, millions of dollars were poured into rebuilding the boardwalk that was hit hard.

But just last month, a huge fire destroyed part of the new structure.

Investigators blame the fire on wiring, damaged by flooding during the storm.
