Former congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., and his wife will sell their townhouse in Washington D.C. to help pay back the money they owe.

In a court filing Friday, the Jacksons say they will sell their home near D.C.’s Dupont Circle.

The house was once on the market in September 2012 with an asking price of $2.5 million.

WGN News has learned that former Chicago alderman Sandi Jackson has paid back her judgment fine to the government in full: $22,000.
