Ald. Tunney to Cubs: Start building

Chicago Alderman Tom Tunney is demanding to know why the Cubs haven’t started their expansion of Wrigley Field.

Tunney says, by now, the team’s owners should have applied for, and received, their building permits.

The Cubs say they are waiting for Wrigleyville rooftop owners to call off their threat to sue the club over two controversial new outfield signs.

Tunney’s 44th ward includes with Wrigleyville neighborhood; he says the team promised to start construction as soon as the off-season started, and he wants the club to keep its promise.

Start building in Rosemont Cubs, or anywhere where the neighborhood "War Lord" is not going to hold you hostage.

1st kick tunney out of office,
2nd tell the roof top owners to F- off, fight it in cout and appeal, drag it out for 8-10 years, before the suit even sees a coutroom hearing,
3rd, bull doze and rebuild, (if you can't do it in the current location, hello Rosemont cubs!)

Because Mr. Ricketts is a typical, conservative pig! He wants us to pay for his park, while he calls people in need leeches!!!
