Baby Brats

Ingredients:
beer poached baby brats
mini pretzel buns
caramelized onions
whole grain beer mustard
parsley, chopped

Directions:
Grill brats, rotating to achieve proper grill marks cooking on both sides until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Cut buns almost in half lengthwise. Warm buns on flat top and do not spread open until buns are soften. Place buns on metal stand. Open buns and place 1 Tablespoon of caramelized onions in bottom of each bun.  Place on grilled sausage in each.  5. Zig-zag 2 teaspoons of beer mustard over each sausage.  Sprinkle parsley on each sausage.  On cocktail napkin-lined large square, place metal stand with sandwiches.
