Man found guilty in killing officer; other faces separate trial
One man charged with killing a Chicago police officer has been found guilty.
Kevin Walker has just been convicted of first degree murder and attempted murder.
Police say Walker was involved in the shooting death of Chicago police officer Alex Valadez three years ago in Englewood.
Christopher Harris faces a separate trial in the case.
Prosecutors say Harris fired some of the fatal shots, while walker positioned his car to give Harris and another friend a clear shot.
