Man charged in shooting of Little Village bartender

A man has been charged in connection with a shooting in the Little Village neighborhood that left a 29-year-old man in critical condition.

27-year-old Adolfo Zuniga has been charged with aggravated battery and use of a deadly weapon, according to police.

Police say Zuniga approached a bartender outside Lorraine’s Lounge at  24th Street and Washtenaw Ave Wednesday night.  Zuniga fired two shots and then fled the scene.

Surveillance cameras at the bar caught the shooting from several angles.

    Can't we just remove the trigger fingers of these "gangsters" and gunmen when convicted? Every time they do it another finger goes..
