A woman who was the passenger of a small plane died after the plane crashed in a Bolingbrook parking lot late this afternoon.
The pilot of the plane was taken to the hospital with severe burns, according to police.
The crash happened near Lily Cache and Weber Rd in Bolingbrook. Bolingbrook police say the plane crashed into a tree, a light pole and then several vehicles near a Chase Bank.
Police say the plane was attempting to land a Clow Airport.
