Mom, daughter found in burning car in Palos Park were strangled
Authorities say the bodies of a mother and daughter, who were found in a burning car in a Palos Park forest preserve, were strangled.
Firefighters were called to the nature preserve late Saturday night, near Ford and Wolf Roads.
They found a Chrysler PT cruiser engulfed in flames.
The bodies were in the back of the car.
The case has been ruled a homicide.
The names of the women have not been released, but they were from Chicago and in their 70′s and 50′s.
