The cubs have signed a new deal to make Anheuser-Busch their exclusive beer sponsor in 2014.
That’s bad news for Old Style which has had an affiliation with the team for more than 50 years. As part of the new beer deal, the Cubs plan to put up a 650 square-foot Budweiser sign in the right-field bleachers.
Wrigleyville rooftop owners said the sign will block their views. A source says the Cubs will install a model of the sign next week.
