No charges in Burbank toddler’s death

No charges will be filed in the death of a one-year-old boy, after the child’s body was found in a vehicle, police said.

The toddler, Ivan Villa, was found unresponsive shortly before 6 p.m. Friday in a car outside the family’s home in the 4000 block of West 85th Street.

Police said the little boy may have been left unattended for two and a half hours.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead.

Police are not filing charges because they said the boy’s parents were unaware he had been left in the vehicle.

How stupid on the parents part. You know you have a child with you how in the world can you leave the child behind.

Charges should be filed cuz somebody had him in the vehicle. Somebody don’t want to bother with the paper work. That is totally wrong.
