Rep. Rush, Sen. Kirk to tour Englewood together

Congressman Rush and Senator Kirk are touring the Englewood neighborhood together.

Today’s tour comes as a peace gesture after Rush criticized Kirk back in May for wanting to jail every member of a notorious Chicago gang.

Rush had called the notion an “elitist white boy solution” to Chicago’s crime problems.

Kirk says he still stands by his earlier statements.

The two will hold a news conference after the tour to discuss urban violence and economic growth.

Are the both of them going to tour this area at night on a Friday or Saturday? Rev jackson and Sharpton only tour during the daylight hours and pretend they are speaking for the area.

“Rush criticized Kirk back in May for wanting to jail every member of a notorious Chicago gang.”

Shouldn’t this Rush guy be supporting Kirk in this endeavor? This guy’s priorities and loyalties are not compatible with law-abiding citizens.
