How to Organize Your Garage

If you’re two car garage only fits one, you may need a little help with organization. Luckily, Michael Goldstein, the Mensch with the Wrench, is here to help. Follow these instructions and you’ll be well on your way to a clean, organized, and efficient garage.


  • Stud finder
  • Tape measure
  • Drill
  • Hammer
  • Shelving kit
  • Bike hook


Shelving system:

  1. Plan layout and mark walls
  2. Find studs and pre-drill
  3. mount verticals and check for level
  4. Hang shelf bracket
  5. Attach shelving

Bike hook:

  1. Measure height and find studs
  2. Pre-drill holes
  3. Mount using included hardware

This easy project will cost around $50 and take about an hour of your time.
