Apps for a good night’s sleep
I think most people believe that playing on your smartphone before bed prevents you from keeping a good night sleep; but, these mobile apps can actually help you get some excellent shuteye:

If you’ve ever feel like a zombie when you wake up in the morning, this app might be able to help you. Sleep near your iPhone (yes, like near your pillow) and this app will track your sleep cycle. Then, it will wake you up at a point when its most natural, as when you’re coming out of a REM cycle. You can set it to wake you up within a certain half-hour time period, or select weekend mode and let it wake you whenever!

The PureSleep app is available for free, but you can can pay for the upgrade as well. PureSleep uses binueral beats and other tones which are scientifically proven to put people to sleep and keep them snoozing!

Yoga is a proven stress-reducer, so it may help you fall asleep. Follow this app’s yoga routine — there’s an animated woman doing each pose on your screen and you can even turn on voice instructions. You can choose soothing music to accompany your routine as well.
