Former Cubs player drowns in Arizona

Cubs pitcher for seven seasons in the 90s, Frank Castillo has drowned in a lake near his home in Maricopa County, Arizona.


Castillo and a friend were on a pontoon boat Sunday afternoon when Castillo entered Bartlett Lake for a swim.   He never surfaced after entering the water.


Following an extensive search, recovery teams located Castillo Monday afternoon.


Frank Castillo was 44-years old.
