Teen one of 2 people who drowned in Lake Michigan over weekend

At least two people have drowned in separate incidents while swimming in Lake Michigan this weekend.
15-year-old Matt Kocher from Tinley Park died Saturday after he was rescued from the water off a beach in New Buffalo Michigan.
Officials say red flags were on display to indicate a rip current advisory.
The Coast Guard station in Michigan City reported waves of up to five feet high at the time of the incident.
A 37-year-old man also drowned in a separate incident while swimming off shore at Indiana Dunes National lakeshore.
Officials report since June, 17 people have drowned in Lake Michigan alone.
