Moo & Oink High 10 BBQ Sauce
Serving Size: 10
1 18 oz bottle High 5 BBQ sauce
3 habanero peppers
2 shallots, small dice
1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup water
Use extreme caution when preparing this recipe. Use gloves and eye protection at all times.
Remove the stems from the peppers. Place the peppers, garlic, shallots, cilantro, tomatillo and water in a blender. Mix well 2-3 minute. Place in a small sauce pan, heat over a low heat for 2 min. Add the High 5 and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Note: This is an EXTREMLY HOT SAUCE!!!
For a milder sauce. Roast the peppers, shallots and garlic on the grill or oven 350 degrees for 20 minute. Cut the Habanero in half; remove the seeds (that’s the heat) and veins from inside. Then proceed with the ingredients into the blender.
