In its opinion, the court noted the nation’s high court has found parental notification laws to be constitutional.

The Parental Notice of Abortion Act requires doctors of girls 17-year-old and younger to notify a parent 48-hours before an abortion.

A girl could get a waiver if a judge notification is against her best interest, including in cases of sexual abuse.

Where is the survey you mentioned on the news this evening? YES – how DARE these people make decisions about murdering a child without a parent's knowledge! May they roast in Hell! Yet another example of disregard for family, church, the 10 Commandments and/or the constitution. Have we lost ALL respect for the things that give us guidance to a better life and culture. This is an administration of death, lack of moral compass and arrogance!
