Taste of Chicago kicks off in Grant Park

The Taste of Chicago starts today in Grant Park.

Admission to the Taste is free.

It runs for five days this year, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. this weekend.

Apart from dozens of food booths, there will be live music every day of the festival, plus celebrity chef appearances and cooking lessons.

Organizers warn, don’t try to find parking – take the CTA or Metra.

    You would be A M A Z E D at how many people are N O T (me included) attending the "Taste" because Chicago CAN'T control it's cherished THUGS.

    I won't be going to the Taste of Chicago because I don't care for this kind of thing. However, it does not matter to me if it's liberal or conservative (I really don't think it is either). Start enjoying America and all it offers and stop bringing politics into everything!
