six shotChicago Police are searching for the person who shot six people in front of an Uptown strip mall.

Four men and two women were wounded when someone fired from a passing car in the 4800 block of N. Sheridan Road, just after 7 p.m. Friday.

One victim was waiting for a bus.

A security guard says police broke up the group earlier in the day, telling people to keep moving.  “All you heard was shooting and bullets flying everywhere,” said Royal Smith.

Residents of the neighborhood say that the corner of Lawrence and Sheridan is a problem area, and that the local alderman is trying to address the issues.

The way you set up your profile is a bit odd but I think you might have the 'edit' option. Yet after your first comment has a reply that option is gone. Both of your setups here are different than the usual 'log on' account I see on Intensedebate so I hope I'm right.
