You Just Never Know

imagesDioner Navarro.  Yup, the Cubs backup catcher went out and probably had the best offensive day in the history of the Cubs-Sox all-time interleague series.

It is the great thing about baseball.  You never know what’s in store when you head to the ballpark.

Dioner said he hit 2 in a Little League game, but that was it prior to smacking 3 on Wednesday.

No, he’s not in the lineup today.  Welington Castillo is the #1 catcher and rarely will he sit 2 days in a row.  Remember, he homered Tuesday, although it didn’t count because…well, in baseball, you never know what’s in store when you head to the ballpark.

Enjoy the game today.
