Chicago man arrested after swimming to Taylor Swift’s home
A Chicago man has been arrested after allegedly swimming to Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island beach home.
Lucas Vorsteveld, 22, was picked up by police at 2 a.m. Thursday, after he was spotted swimming a mile around the property.
Reports say he emerged from the water and walked up the private beach toward the Grammy winner’s 11,000-square-foot home where Swift’s security team picked him up.
When asked what he was doing there, Vorsteveld said he was “just out for a walk.”
The man was hauled to a nearby police station where he was booked for trespassing.
