Chicago Police are looking for the gunman who killed a 19-year-old man in a drive-by shooting in the Bronzeville neighborhood.
Police say someone fired shots from a light-colored sedan just after 11 p.m., striking the 19-year-old in the back as he walked down the sidewalk in the 4700 block of South Calumet Avenue.
The victim managed to run through a vacant lot before collapsing in an alley in the 4700 block of South Prairie Avenue.
He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The medical examiner’s office identified him as Kevin Ambrose, of the 4800 block of South Prairie Avenue.
