Chicago police released a sketch of a man who sexually assaulted a young woman in broad daylight as she waited for a bus on the city’s Far North Side.

It happened at 2 p.m. Thursday at a bus stop in the 6300 block of North Clark Street in the city’s Edgewater neighborhood.

Investigators say the man sat down next to the 22-year-old victim at the bus stop , and then grabbed her and took her to a nearby alley where he sexually assaulted her and stole a credit card. The woman was taken to the hospital.

Police described the suspect as a male black, approximately 35-40 years of age, 5’8,” 300 pounds, medium complexion and short black hair.

He was wearing a white polo shirt with red and blue stripes and blue jean pants.

Yes but this sketch was released what 5 days after the incident and only when the mother went on local television stations saying the police were'nt doing anything. A 5ft 8jn 300lb black man is not that elusive come on someone had to have seen this, or something just isnt right about this one. I lived in this neighborhood for years people notice everything around here especially a 300lb black man with his arms on the neck of a young white woman. Sorry if this may sound racist but it's the truth.
