Police at Lemont school after bomb threat found

Extra security is surrounding a suburban school Monday morning after a bomb threat was discovered.

The threat was found on an exterior wall at Oakwood School in Lemont.

The message said that the school would be bombed on Tuesday.

Classes remain on schedule, as parents were told about this in an e-mail Sunday night.

No arrests have been made.

Police say this isn’t a credible threat, but they still plan to sweep the building and watch the hallways.

They may also check bags that are brought inside.

River Valley School, which shares the same campus, is also getting more security.

The filthy muslims have won. They have instilled such fear into everyone's daily activity, though here no physical proof. The month of May is usually the prank month at schools because the kids are sooo tired of reading, 'riting, 'rithmatic, respect, responsibility and regulations, so they act out with these little 'pranks' and this is the best way. Find the kids responsible and put them away for a long long time.

There used to be a lot more bomb threats at schools when there were pay phones everywhere!

It's May. Find me a high school that doesn't get a bomb threat. Finals are a Btch.
