Two people have been charged in connection with taking topless photos of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, E! News is reporting.
According to E! News, the publisher of Closer, the French publication that first ran the scandalous pictures and a female photographer at regional newspaper La Provence have been charged with “invasion of privacy.”
The controversial photos first appeared in September and showed the now pregnant Duchess sunbathing with her husband, Prince William, who appeared completely unaware that the photographs were being taken.
