Cubs Blow Lead in 9th, But Win in 10th

The Cubs bullpen struggles continued Tuesday.  Carlos Villanueva shut down the Reds offense for eight plus innings, but Carlos Marmol came in and gave up a game-tying single to Joey Votto in the 9th costing Villanueava what would have been a well-deserved win.

Darwin Barney hit his first career road homer in the 10th and Kevin Gregg nailed down his first save of the year  as the Cubs beat the Reds 4-2.

MAnager and Marmel need to GO NOW. He can not manage a game and pitchers. If he continues to let Marmle pitch one run leads OMG. At least one run 5 games this year alone.
That is on manager "come on man"

How many Marmol blown saves will it take to 1) Never put him on the mound in the 9th or 2) Cut him? This has been going on for years! It's not rocket science and there has to be better prospects available for closer. Anyone, but Marmol will be an improvement. Jeez!
