It was exactly six years ago today that a college student in Virginia went on a deadly shooting rampage. 
32 people died on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg; 17 others were injured.
Virginia Tech senior Seung-Hui Cho had previously been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder; his killing spree ended when he took his own life.
A statewide moment of silence will be observed at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday, the time the shooting began.
