Changes to Circle Interchange topic of hearing

A new plan to reduce traffic congestion in the Circle Interchange is up for debate at a public hearing tonight.

The Illinois Dept of Transportation wants to do a $420 million dollar, 4-year makeover.

Some residents in Greektown plan to complain at the hearing that a new ramp will pass seven feet from their building.
