Man fatally shot in Logan Square neighborhood

One man was killed and eleven others wounded in shootings across the city between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

In the Logan Square neighborhood, one man was killed and another wounded shortly after 8p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of North Francisco.

Police say a car with three people pulled up to two men asking for directions. Moments later, one of the men pulled a gun and opened fire.

A 23-year-old man was shot in the chest and died at the scene.

A 44-year-old man who tried to run away was shot in the hand. He was treated at a hospital and released.

    Well, it's Easter weekend – - And the crazy killers/gang bangers are at work….And Chicago doesn't do all that they can do to protect the people.
    Where is the National Guard? FBI? State Police? NOT in Chicago, adding more power to getting the gangs rounded up and out of business…Gangs RUN Chicago -and nothing happens…
