It’s a song you either love or hate.

A man who was forced to listen to “It’s A Small World” over and over again for 30 minutes, has sued Disney and won.

It happened at Disneyland in California.

The disabled man got stuck when the “It’s A Small World” ride broke down.

His lawyer said the music  continued to play and never stopped playing.

Workers were able to evacuate other passengers, but the man’s boat was stuck in a cave.

He had to remain in place for about a half hour and then required several hours of medical assistance.

The man was awarded $8,000 in his lawsuit.

  • Where is the good?

Really?! Come on people! What a selfish world we live in, we feel entitled and deserve so much! This sue mentality needs to stop. This everyone feels the "other guy" owes him needs to stop. Come on. I know plenty of people, including my own family that can't even afford a trip to either Disneyland or Disney World. We would have embraced every minute of that trip even if it meant 30 extra minutes in Its a small a World ride. I hope that guy donates that whopping $8K to a good chairity. Otherwise he should stay home from now on. This world can do without his "all about me" behavior! Plenty of people with a disability would have dealt with this differently. We as race need to be less self serving and work together to become a more compassionate race.

In 1976 that ride broke down at Disney World in Orando when we were in the middle of the ride. We to sat there for an extended period listening to that song over and over and over AND OVER again. Seriously, I have hated that song ever since. Man I could have made some money!!

Really? This I whats wrong with the world. A guy sues Disney because he was inconvienced for a half an hour and had to listen to music. Typical trash

So every time I get stuck on a ride I can consider suing? Ridiculous!
Just give me free fast passes or a gift card. Idiots like this are going to make us have to sign waivers when we buy passes.
