Two people are dead after a small plane crashed into several homes in South Bend, Indiana, Sunday afternoon.
At least 3 others were injured.
The plane went down in the 1500 block North Iowa St, southeast of the South Bend Regional Airport.
Witnesses say the plane first clipped one house, then damaged a second, and came to a stop inside a third home.
The neighborhood has been evacuated because of the danger of leaking jet fuel.
The FAA says the pilot radioed the tower as he was approaching the airport, saying he had electrical problems.
