The Chicago History Museum has put fashion front and center with its new exhibition — titled “Inspiring Beauty: 50 Years Of Ebony Fashion Fair”.
The exhibit tells the story of the African-American traveling fashion show that began in 1958, and features 50 years worth of designs. Designers include Yves Saint-Laurent and Christian Dior.
The 7,000-square-foot Ebony Fashion Fair exhibit runs through January 4th, 2014.

It's disappointing to hear that Chicago History Museum is associated with a racist event such as this.
