A fire gutted a well-known barbecue restaurant in the Bucktown neighborhood.
The fire started overnight in the basement of Lillie’s Q in the 1800 block of North Avenue.
It then spread to several apartments above the restaurant.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
The fire flared up again after crews left the scene.
It’s not clear what started it.

Well known maybe – but was it popular or profitable? Hmmm… more of these fires need more intense investigation into their "origin." I'm QUITE sure there was sufficient insurance…
