Attorney Sam Adam Jr says his client former governor Rod Blagojevich is very upbeat while he approaches his one-year anniversary this Friday in prison on federal corruption charges.
Adam says Blagojevich strongly believes his appeal will not be turned down.
Blagojevich is said to have been substitute teaching history classes at the federal prison in Englewood, Colorado. He is so popular that for the first time there, fellow inmates had to be turned-away because there were too many applicants.
