The Blackhawks take on the Colorado Avalanche Friday in Denver, but Patrick Sharp did not travel with the team.

Sharp suffered a shoulder injury against the Avalanche on Wednesday and it is unclear how much time he will miss.

Brandon Bollig was recalled from Rockford to fill Sharp’s spot in the roster.

Marian Hossa did make the trip and is expected to play in Friday’s game.

The Blackhawks have won 11 straight games, and have earned points in 24 straight games.

The Hawks are on pace to break the record for highest percentage of possible points in a season.
