Former Notre Dame and Chicago bears player Christopher Zorich has been charged with four counts of failing to file federal income tax returns for calendar years 2006 through 2009.
Zorich played with the bears from 1991 thru 1996.
The feds say he is cooperating and plans to plead guilty.
