The Cook County Sheriff is asking the public to assist in finding a 22-year old suburban man who allegedly kidnapped his mother, stuffed her in a car trunk and dumped her in a ditch.
Blake Springsteen is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, weighing 240 pounds.
The sheriff’s office says Springsteen is suspected of beating his 46-year old mother, tying her up, stuffing her in his car trunk and driving to Crete. Once there, he allegedly stabbed her multiple times and dumped her into a ditch.
They say she survived the attack and is currently hospitalized.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Cook County Sheriff’s Police Department at 847-635-1188

He is 22, not a child. Jumping in defense so quickly seems rash since he is still on the run, and the fact of how he did it makes it hard to believe he is innocent in the least.

well i got a maywood mentality and he needs to get stabbed and shoved in a trunk and see how he likes it. if someone attacks their parents then they are not right in the head. kid was 240lbs so his mom didn't deny him food so whats his excuse. save taxpayers the $$ to keep him in jail and fry the piggie!!!!! i bet he'll have fun in the county jail; he's gonna be made to wear a bra and blow other inmates. have a nice life loser!!!!
