More than a dozen people are homeless after a fire tore through an apartment building in Lakeview.

Flames broke out inside the three-story building in the 1200 block of West Roscoe, Sunday night.

The fire destroyed the back rooms of the top two floors.

The fire may have started inside a second floor unit.

It’s unclear what sparked the fire.

No one was hurt.
