A CTA bus driver was attacked with a stun gun while behind the wheel in the Austin neighborhood.
It happened aboard the Jackson bus, near Columbus Park Saturday morning.
The driver said a male passenger started yelling that he had to get off. After the driver stopped, the passenger used the taser on her several times, before taking her money.
The driver was left slumped over the wheel, motionless.
She is now out of the hospital.
No arrests have been made.
