The suspects in the shooting death of Hadiya Pendleton are due in court Friday for a preliminary hearing.
Michael Ward and Kenneth Williams have been held without bond since their arrest on first degree murder charges.
Pendleton was shot in the back January 29th, in what prosecutors think may have been a gang retaliation.
Pendleton was not in a gang, and Ward said she was not the intended target.
The 15-year old had taken shelter from the rain a few blocks from King College Prep while relaxing with friends after final exams.

How about an "a$$hole" check for you. His name is not ENGLISH… therefore it's not pronounced Michael. Phonetically, it is pronounced Mik-Ky-elle. I think there are more important factors right now than how his name is spelled. Get a life BOZO!

Throw them under the jail. Tired of these young punks playing tough just to get a name…… Life is simple!
(Message chumps) the name you are born with is the name that's gonna be on your inmate id & your casket, not the name your worthless friends gave you for the streets……
