First Lady Michelle Obama is in Chicago today to celebrate the third anniversary of her anti-obesity program called “Let’s Move.”
She’ll be joined by thousands of children and school teachers for a big announcement at McCormick Place.
The White House says Mayor Emanuel and the CEO of Nike will join Mrs. Obama to launch a new program to increase physical activity in schools.
Also expected to appear at the event, Olympic gold medalist and Indiana native Gabby Douglas, tennis star Serena Williams, 49es quarterback Colin Kaepernick and Bo Jackson. The White House says a “surprise musical guest” will also be there.
