Snow is breaking out across much of the Chicago area just before noon as a major late-winter storm moves into the area.
The snow is heavy in many areas, falling at blinding intensities that are dropping the visibility to ½ mile or less.
The snow is sticking and travel conditions are rapidly deteriorating.
The snow is expected to continue into tonight with accumulations of 3-7 inches or more expected.

- Elburn
- Rolling Meadows
- Geneva
