In-person absentee voting begins Sunday for the special primary to replace Jesse Jackson Junior in the 2nd Congressional District.
From 9 am to 12pm Sunday and Monday, voters can go the Cook County building at 69 West Washington to cast their vote ahead of Tuesday’s primary.
Early voting ended Saturday.

Is that the IT technician pictured? Everyone in America knows Chicago’s 2nd district is primarily inner city blacks. I predict a black pinko Democrat will win.
