Chicago Police have a suspect in custody for the fatal shooting of a Roberto Clemente High School senior.
Police are questioning a 34-year-old man about the slaying of Frances Colon.
The Sun-Times reports that the shooting stemmed from a drug bust gone wrong, and Colon was an innocent bystander.
The 18-year-old was shot in the back last Friday evening in the 1100 block of North Pulaski Road in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood.
Colon was the third Clemente High School student killed by gun violence this school year.
