Plastic surgery trends shifting

Plastic surgery patients are opting for more facial surgery and less buttock and breast enhancement.

Experts say it’s the baby boomers who are lifting, injecting, and lasering their faces in growing numbers.

A record number of people had cosmetic surgery last year with more than 14.5 million procedures performed.

Breast augmentation was still the number one cosmetic surgery, but the number of women undergoing the procedure declined by 7 percent from the year before.

Non invasive procedures are definitely on the rise, but it seems to me the study stated liposuction and breast augmentation topping the list internationally. And butt lifts are still one of the top procedures sought in Brazil.
