Long known to help the heart, Omega-3′s can help you keep cancer at bay, according to a new study.
The journal of Nutritional Biochemistry reports Omega-3 Fatty Acids have the power to inhibit the growth of breast cancer tumors by 30 percent.
The benefit was long suspected and proven in epidemiological studies.
This is the first time scientists say they have been able to prove the effect.
