CHICAGO, February 20, 2013 — WGN-TV is proud to announce its 66th season as the home of Chicago Cubs baseball with the release of its 2013 broadcast schedule. WGN-TV will produce 79 Chicago Cubs baseball telecasts, including four preseason and 67 regular-season games to air on WGN-TV and eight regular-season games to air on WCIU. All games will be broadcast in HD. Attached is the complete WGN/WCIU Cubs TV broadcast schedule. All listed times are CT.
Play-by-play announcer Len Kasper and former Major League Baseball pitcher and Houston Astros color analyst Jim Deshaies will come together for their first season as the voices of Cubs broadcasts. All Cubs games broadcast on WGN-TV will also be seen nationally on WGN America.

It's a shame that to-nights third baseman's first name isn't Jackson. What a great memory it would be for a long time Cubby fan.

I remember when WGN aired every Cubs home game. Wish they could do that again.
