Former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. and his wife, former Chicago Alderman Sandi Jackson, arrived in federal court just a few minutes ago.
They have separate hearings today but both are expected to plead guilty to federal charges.
A source tells WGN the judge in the case, Justice Robert Wilkins, is good friends with the Clintons and the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
No word whether he will recuse himself from the cases.
Jesse Jackson, Jr. is accused of spending $750,000 in campaign cash on luxury items. He could face up to five years in prison. His hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. Chicago time.
Sandi Jackson is charged with filling false tax returns. She could be sentenced to up to three years. She will appear in court this afternoon.

It's still sad, and I am NOT a big Jackson supporter, but the stuff he is going thru right now I don't wish on any man.
You're not supposed to rejoice in others misfortune, even when it's self-inflicted.
Because those that do WILL get their turn trust me, and would want all the breaks they can get!!
So hold your head up Mr. Jackson, and learn from your mistakes.
