Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife Sandi entered a DC federal courthouse at 9 a.m. EST For a court appearance just hours away.
The couple walked into the building together, but their appearances before a judge are separate.
The two are estranged, but remain under the same roof in Washington DC raising their two going children ages 12 and 9.
Both are expected to enter a guilty plea and will not be sentenced for weeks, maybe longer.
The disgraced Congressman could be facing as much as 5-years in prison, his wife substantially less and possibly just probation for her tax fraud charge.
Sources tell WGN the judge presiding over both of their cases is a good friend of the Reverend Jesse Jackson’s.

Lock up both of these no-good crooks! Time for Illinois to show everyone that enough is enough and stop being the laughing stock in the nation!
