2 dead in suspicious fire

A small fire on the city’s south side Wednesday afternoon has turned into a crime scene, after two bodies were discovered in the rubble.

The fire was extinguished quickly in the 8100 block of S. Maryland.  The bodies were found during overhaul of the scene.

Early reports indicate the victims were found stabbed to death in a bathroom at the home.

Both the Chicago Fire Department and the Chicago Police Department remain on the scene, investigating the incident.

What was the fire suspicious of? There is a possibility that the person who murdered those two people, also started the fire. I'm not accusing anyone or trying to be an amateur detective, I'm just speculating is all.
